Mission Statement

To provide the financial capital that will help facilitate and maintain the community vision statement, which is: Jackson is a welcoming community that promotes a healthy, active lifestyle for all ages, values its youth, celebrates cultural diversity, and experiences and nurtures a learning environment. The community of Jackson capitalizes on the interstate to expand its manufacturing, ag services, and emerging technologies base, and to attract people to its vibrant downtown and unique attractions.

Fiscal Year 2013 Grantmaking

  • City of Jackson Fire Department for the new fire hall
  • City of Jackson Fire Department for a trailer
  • Friends of the Jackson County for tables
  • Fort Belmont-Jackson County Tourism, Inc. for farmhouse and summer kitchen repairs
  • Jackson County Fair Association for Olson Pavilion bleachers
  • Jackson County Public Library for technology equipment
  • Rhythm of the River for the seventh annual celebration
  • Sacred Heart Mercy Health Care Center for the remodeling project
  • Southwest Crisis Center for Windom area support groups
