In 2012 The All-American Boys Chorus celebrates 42 years of developing creative and dynamic young leaders. The Chorus board of directors is eager to deploy our new strategic plan supporting our vision of becoming America's preeminent boys choral program. Our board and staff members are working with noted arts leader Michael Kaiser, CEO of the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts to implement this exciting effort. The plan includes the addition of a third year curriculum to the music reading program, expanding the music repertoire, introducing a graduate chorus so choristers can continue their vocal training and performance opportunities through high school, broadening our community outreach, and launching our new website.
Our investment in these programs will be funded through our $200,000 "INSPIRE" capital campaign. As we embark on this creative process, we're reaching out to friends and community partners to particpate in this exciting journey in support of our efforts and good work in our community.
I have made a personal commitment to raise $5,000 of our $200,000 goal to strengthen this very special arts education program. I have seen first-hand the wonderful impact this program has made on young men. Please join me in supporting this great cause!
