On Mother's Day
Maria went to great lengths to protect herself and her U.S. born daughter from her abuser. Furious, he retaliated by reporting Maria to immigration authorities, throwing her into deportation proceedings that jeopardize the very safety she sought to create. But her CONNECT Legal Advocate is now helping her obtain legal immigration status and Maria remains independent of her abuser.

What can just one person do? If that person is you, you can honor all the mothers in your life.
