Dear Friends & Family:

As most of you know (from me harassing you), since the fall of 2005 I have been volunteering for an amazing organization called iMentor.

My first mentee was named Claudia, she is now engaged and living in Brooklyn. Next I had the pleasure of getting to know a total SUPERSTAR of a girl, Princess-Joy. She is now loving college and often posting totally insane updates on Facebook. For the past year I’ve had the amazing opportunity to work with Atiya. She genuinely touched my heart the first time I met her. She has a sweet balance of shyness and intelligence that sets her apart from almost anyone I’ve ever known. It’s been a rocky year between illness and other challenges, but she has none-the-less really grown, making new friends and having an increasingly fresh, positive outlook.

“The Ask” . . . Ready? I want your money. It need not be buckets of duckets, but some sort of contribution has a true multiplier effect when channeled into iMentor.

This year I’m really focusing in getting more people, in addition to more money. So please, give something. Unstoppable good karma will flow your way.
