The "HUGE FRIEND" Fund ensures that HUGE continues to provide world class long-form improv comedy and education.

We need your help to ensure our mission to support the Twin cities improv community succeeds. We have created an Annual Giving Fund to help achieve our goals for the upcoming year.

Gifts to the Annual Fund help to support and enhance HUGE’s unique unscripted long-form improv live theater experience. The Annual fund helps keep the lights on and the ticket prices low. Every bit of help is greatly appreciated. Here is a list of the Annual Fund levels of giving. Please contact us at admin@hugetheater.com for more details on each level.

About HUGE Theater

HUGE is an artist-led company dedicated to supporting the Twin Cities improv community through performance and education. The HUGE Improv Theater is expected to open at 3037 Lyndale Ave. S., Minneapolis, in November 2010.

Founded by local improvers Butch Roy, Jill Bernard and Nels Lennes, HUGE supports growth and visibility of our local improv community by producing shows such as the weekly Improv-A-Go-Go (now in its eighth season) and the annual Twin Cities Improv Festival.

HUGE is devoted to long form improvisation: the art of creating performances that are unscripted. It is different than playing improvised "games" or improvising within a scripted piece.

Improv is theater for everybody. The raw material of improvisation is the honest expressions, experiences and passions of the performers and audience. Itʼs immediate theater. As an added bonus, good improvisation is built on conquering fears and working collaboratively in an accepting environment – skills that canʼt help but have a positive effect on those who acquire them.

HUGE Theater believes that if people can improvise together and laugh together, they can do anything together.

    I have the Huge Theater Feb 20, 2012 "State of Huge Improv Theater" letter at my side now. Kudos to you all! In your first year you built a theater, performed 385 shows and paid off 80% of your construction debt! What Performers! What managers!! And you are the same people! I now know I want to be in on any Huge Theater IPO!
