Help Us Help The Swans

The knowledge base regarding swans and their veterinary medical needs has been very limited which has led to woefully inadequate veterinary medical care for swans in captive settings. Additionally, public facilities which have had swans adorn their many lakes and ponds are now cutting budgets for their swan flocks which has led to a significant decrease in veterinary medical care, supplemental feeding and habitat enhancement. The Regal Swan Foundation, Inc.'s all volunteer staff is committed to enhancing the lives of swans worldwide, especially in captive settings through diligent research, educational initiatives, habitat enhancement, supplemental feeding, humane veterinary medical care and consultation.
