At EmpowHer Institute, our goal is to increase the high-school graduation rate and prepare inner-city girls for successful futures by helping them realize their full potential through mentorship and a curriculum that instills confidence, critical thinking, self-respect and leadership. Since 2003, we have helped an average of 300 girls each year.

Our program uses education and mentorship to develop the many talents and abilities within each EmpowHer girl so she can bring her best qualities forward.
