Baby Joey is a 5 month year old baby boy with down syndrom, congestive heart failure, and seizure issues. He is in need of anything from food to clothing and diapers. His parents will do anything for him and are losing hope. He doesnt have that much longer to live but what he does have they want to make it the best moments of his life.
