Help Feed Our Starving Street Children in various locations in Haiti - Your donations is providing meals to schools, tent cities & orphans.
Imagine feeding your child a dirt cookie...
There is a serve food shortage happening in Haiti. This in a nation where the average income is less than $2 per day.
Many parents are faced with not being able to provide the basics of one meal a day for their children. To keep children from crying from hunger, children are fed cookies made of dirt to fill up and trick their tummies into feeling full... can you even imagine? These children feel full but many are becoming serverly malnurlished with some even starving to death.
Your donations is providing meals to schools, orphanages and families in need.
Can you imagine being a child and not knowing when you will eat again? It just breaks our hearts when we see this.
Around $30.00 buys enough food to feed 100 children in one day in Haiti
9/23/2010 - A brand new from the ground up Feeding Center is being built the foundaton and walls are up and we will need food to feed orphans, street children and the elderly. Our hope is the feeding center will become a hub of the local area.
We like to build a strong foundation of hope for Grace Village in rural Haiti, through food and water and security, that will allow for future environmental and sustainable development.
We thank you for all previous donations and for your continued support of our projects in Haiti, your generosity helps feed hundreds of people each week.
