Everyone deserves access to clean water! Partner with me to address water issues in Israel and Africa.
This year, once again, I was selected as a board member for the North Peninsula Jewish Teen Foundation (NPJCTF) Board. The NPJCTF is a non-profit charitable foundation that is commited to raising money and allocating grants to support Jewish and non-Jewish organizations, agencies, and programs, locally, in Isreal, and around the world. The NPJCTF has created a mission statement that defines the types of projects we want to support. This year's mission statement is to fund projects that address water issues such as water, clean water, and water for farming, in Isreal and Africa with a focus on self-sufficiency and sustainable development.
Ending poverty begins with clean water. 884 million people lack access to safe water supplies, approximently one in 8 people. Acess to clean water is the foundation of all development. The lack of water therefore is an insurmasable obstacle to helping oneself; you can't grow food, you cant build housing, you can't stay healthy, you don't go to school and you can't keep working. With your help, however, we can make clean water a reality for all people. This year, our goal is to raise $45,000, and it cannot be raised without your help! My personal goal is to raise $2,000 for this incredible cause, every dollar will make a difference! With your help we can make a change!
