Help our volunteers stay healthy with mini-hand sanitizers!
There are on average 3 million bacteria on the average door handle. Think about that for a second. 3 million. Now, think about that shiny red apple you just picked up and ate during lunch. Chances are, it's now loaded with bacteria you just picked up from a door handle.
People working for the Red Cross interact with dozens of door handles and other public surfaces each day while helping others. Like most hardworking people, they also eat a lot of apples and other healthy fruits. We certainly don't want them getting sick. Let's provide our volunteers with hand sanitizers to keep them healthy and serving our community every day!
