My mom and I will be going to Haiti in May where we will teach at the Mayaya school which our homeschool group supports.

These past two summers we have helped raise money to build the Mayaya children a school, a bathroom, and privde them with supplies, food and giving the teachers a salary.

God has now provided us with the opportunity to work with them personally. Our goal is to build a relationship with the kids. We will be co-teaching with the Haitian teachers, eating lunch side by side with the kids, playing sports with them, and doing service projects with their pastor, Jephthe.

It is my dream to become a missionary. This is my first opportunity to experience missions first hand.
