Mission

Habitat for Humanity of Minnesota (HFH-MN) is a state-wide resource development and support organization that serves, advocates for and advances the work of Minnesota's 33 Habitat for Humanity affiliates to build and rehab simple, decent, affordable housing in partnership with people in need. We have reason to celebrate as we prepare in 2012 to partner with the 2,000th Habitat homeowner family with the construction of the 2,000th Habitat home in Minnesota!

Programs

Founded in 1997 by the affiliates it serves and is accountable to, HFH-MN provides programs specifically designed to assist affiliates with accomplishing their goal of eliminating poverty housing and homelessness. Over the course of the past 15 years, HFH-MN has raised and distributed over $60 million to affiliates and provided capacity building and technical assistance through our six programs: Loan, Federal Home Loan Bank Grants, AmeriCorps VISTA, Habitat 500 Bike Ride, Training and Technical Assistance, and Sustainable "Green" Building.

Your support helps Minnesota's Habitat affiliates create affordable housing solutions for over 250 partnering families a year through new home construction, rehab, A Brush With Kindness, and critical home repair programs.
