This national campaign's purpose is to support and sustain the longevity of my alma mater, Morris Brown College.

Upon graduation from Ocala's (Florida) Howard High School in 1967, I received and maintained a full academic scholarship to Morris Brown College. During my junior year at Morris Brown, I had an unique experience of studying abroad in Copenhagen, Denmark for 6 months. This experience was fully funded by the Ford Foundation.

This European experience in 1969 along with my entire Morris Brown College education and experience helped propel my professional career to greater heights; thereby allowing me to retire in 2006.

I'm forever grateful to Morris Brown College and will continue to do whatever is necessary to allow the 'NEW' Morris Brown College to emerge stronger and better for the future generations.
