At Franklin Street we work toward affordable housing for all Lansing residents, through financial education and mortgage counseling.
Franklin Street is a small community development non-profit, whose counselors and staff are working to strengthen Lansing neighborhoods and community.
We hold classes and counseling sessions in financial literacy, credit counseling and foreclosure prevention, and offer Individual Development Accounts to pursue homeownership, education, and entrepreneurship. Our housing development program renovates and builds single-family homes in the city of Lansing.
It is FSCHC's mission to improve neighborhoods, to provide safe, decent and affordable housing, and to connect more Lansing residents with the opportunity to own a home and realize greater financial independence.
All donations are received and receipted by Razoo Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) charity that operates a donor advised fund to fulfill donor advisements.
