We help people build successful relationships and positive life skills, creating better outcomes for children in healthy loving families.
Carl and Tina
As 21-year-old parents of 3 toddlers Carl and Tina were struggling, without resources for housing or employment, and in trouble with their relationship and parenting skills..
Determined to get their lives back on track and deeply in love with each other, they took every parenting and relationship class we offered for a whole year!
They are now both employed, the children are happy and thriving, and they are some of our strongest supporters.
It shouldn't Hurt to Go Home
It shouldn't hurt to go home. According to local social service agencies on a single day in the fall of 2010 600 individuals were turned away from agencies in DC MD, and Virginia whose job it is to handle domestic violence intake, because these agencies lacked the capacity to handle the number of complaints. Too many of our young people, especially, in economically disadvantaged neighborhoods, have no role models for effective parenting or healthy committed relationship skills.

Your donations will help us provide low or no cost classes and training materials to singles, youth and families that promote positive parenting and healthy non violent relationships.
We believe that relationship and family life education can be the" preventive medicine" our society needs to reduce and eliminate needless violence and suffering in our homes, schools and communitiesl
