EXPANCO

EXPANCO is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization that offers vocational skills training to adults with varying levels of disabilities. This is accomplished through packaging and fulfillment services that are offered both locally and nationwide. Secure document destruction is another service that is offered for customers that are looking for a confidential and secure method of destroying documents. All of these services, and any others offered by EXPANCO, are completed by the clients. By completing these jobs, they are exposed to working conditions and environments that provide work training and experience for work in the community. Other skills acquired include social skills and independence.

Once clients have obtained these skills, they are entered into the Employment Connection program. The purpose of this program is to assist clients in obtaining employment within the community.
