On April 19, 2010, I will take part in one of Boston's greatest traditions, THE BOSTON MARATHON. After taking off from Hopkintin, I will venture through Framingham, Wellsley, and eventually make may way to Heartbreak Hill and Boston College.

I remember the four years I spent at Boston College like it was yesterday. I look back on who I was during my freshman year versus who I was when I graduated and am amazed by the transition that took place over 4 years.

The years at BC mean so much to me and this why I am choosing to run the 2010 Boston Marathon in support of the BOTTOM LINE. You may have never heard of this fantastic organization, but I can assure the work they do is so impressive. Their mission is to improve our community by helping disadvantaged youth get in to college, graduate from college, and go far in life. Their innovative approach provides students with the one-on-one guidance and support that they need to not only get into college; the Bottom-Line stays with students to help them graduate.

By supporting Bottom Line, you can help students succeed! Once the Bottom Line provide its students with the guidance and support that they need, the Bottom Line tells them that "Success Depends on You."

My goals for Marathon Monday are two-fold: 1) Finish; 2) Raise $5,000 for the Bottom Line. My success in accomplishing these goals requires me to complete an intense training program and depends on you as a supporter as well. Thanks for helping us accomplish so much.

Thank you so much for visiting my website! As I continue to train, I will provide updates on this process.
