This year the Brown Boi Project has supported a leap in my leaderrship in a big way! Since January when I started as the Field Building Director, I have had the opportunity to deepen my commitment to gender justice, my personal transformation and accountabiltiy for my privilege around masculinity and to witness other young masculine of center people of color push the conversation and our collective vision around masculinity!
