Even the smallest donation can make a difference in building a new life for someone. Every penny helps to build a better future.

I first came across the subject of human trafficking in the book Half the Sky and I was revolted. How could slavery still exist in our modern world that has been fighting so long for equality? How can I go to school every day while other girls my age aren't even granted the right to go to school, and instead are being sold on the streets for money?

It is estimated that every year over two million women and children are victims of sex trafficking. These victims are taken from their families and sold into brothels where they are physically and emotionally abused. Every single victim shows an incredible amount of strength, courage, and hope and their stories need to be heard.
