EMERGE - Historic North Branch Library Renovation (Gratia's Annex Campaign)
A project of EMERGE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
An effort to redevelop this important historic building, to create the new EMERGE Career & Technology Center.
Building on EMERGE's community development momentum in North Minnepolis, the project has three powerful components:
1. Economic Development on the West Broadway corridor - a historic rehab that will return a great commercial building to a new and higher use.
2. Career Opportunities - the center will be a conduit for state-of-the art career training programs through Emerge and its training partners.
3. Bridging the Digital Divide - to provide opportunities for youth and adults alike to readily access new technology and build their skills for the future.
