Eleventh Hour Rescue

I have been volunteering for Eleventh Hour Rescue for the past 2 years. I participate in the fundraisers, but most importantly, my family has opened up our home to foster rescue dogs. We have had senior dogs, deaf dogs, sick dogs, 3 week old puppies and most recently, the dogs from an entire family that was killed in a car accident. This volunteer work has changed so many lives- not only has it given so many wonderful dogs the chance at a new and better life, but also the fact that every dog we have placed with a family has changed their lives as well. It has been an incredible and life changing experience to rescue dogs and I will continue this work as long as possible. I hope my kids will do the same some day.
