At the Eagan & Lakeville Resource Centers, we provide food support, community resource referral and community gardens for those in need. At our food support sites, the Pantry, with locations in Eagan and Lakeville—and now our new Mobile Pantry that travels to Apple Valley—clients shop and choose the foods their families need. About 70% of the foods we stock are perishable, wholesome, nutritious foods; milk, eggs and other dairy, meat, chicken, fish, bakery goods, fruits and vegetables. With healthy foods—along with a welcoming atmosphere from friendly volunteers and staff—we are best able to fulfill our mission to serve those in need and to eliminate hunger in Dakota County.

How do we succeed? We rely on the generosity of hundreds of people who volunteer, donate food and make a financial contribution.
