Diversity Council

The Diversity Council reaches about 15,000 students each year through the Spark! program, helping K-12 students recognize and stand up to prejudice and discrimination, the roots of the bullying scourge.

Our Efficacy Parent Training program equips parents to help their children develop the mindset and skills to succeed in school. Although the training is open to all, we focus particularly on reaching families in the achievement gap.

In 2011, the Diversity Council also premiered "Becoming the Solution," a corporate training program that offers a wide variety of workshops designed to help managers and their employees build cultural competence and inclusive work environments for improved productivity, employee retention, and customer satisfaction.
