Day One is Maine's leading agency preventing and treating adolescent substance abuse.

I am running the Beach to Beacon 10k this year and raising money for Day One, Maine's leading agency preventing and treating adolescent substance abuse. They provide counseling, homeless teen outreach, case management, an Intensive Outpatient Program, juvenile justice services, a long-term Residential Treatment Program and an Aftercare program. They are the sponsored beneficiary of the Beach to Beacon 10k and I am setting a fundraising goal of $1,000 dollars for this event but hope to raise as much money as possible for this great cause.
