DAY ONE

Day One is Maine's leading agency preventing and treating adolescent substance abuse. We provide family and individual counseling, homeless teen outreach, case management, an Intensive Outpatient Program, juvenile justice services, a long-term Residential Treatment Program and an Aftercare program. We also provide on-site substance abuse counseling at Maine high schools as well as the Natural Helpers of Maine, a school-based peer support program. Day One is proud to have been selected as a "Best Place to Work in Maine" in 2009 and 2010 and the "6 Who Care Agency of Distinction 2008" by WCSH 6 and the United Way of Greater Portland.
