Community Partnership School

In the spring of 2011, Community Partnership School celebrated its first graduating class. Eleven 5th graders gained admission to 11 high-quality schools. Broad vision, careful planning, and determined resolve fueled this accomplishment and signify core aspects of our identity and values.

Since our doors opened in 2006, CPS has proven that it is more than a good idea – it’s a concept that works. Now in our sixth year, we stand on the cusp of better reach and impact. Our aspirations include extending our programming to support our graduates and their families as they apply to high school and college.

Contributions from the network of individuals investing in our growth and well-being have fueled this reality and we could not exist without this support. Our Annual Fund represents the centerpiece of our fundraising efforts so, as we prepare for what’s to come, please consider giving – again or for the first time – to help us move our school to the next level.
