Mission

The foundation's primary exempt purpose is to reclaimthe Colorado river front and in so doing to develop the area to its maximum recreational potential, to preserve the wildlife and its habitat, and to focus the program as a source of community pride and economic revitalization for the entire Grand Valley in Mesa County, Colorado
