Austin Pets Alive! brings dozens of heartworm positive dogs into the program each month because APA! is the only rescue in the Austin area that does not discriminate dogs based on heartworm status. Please help us treat these amazing dogs so they can be heartworm free!

    It breaks my heart that there are so many animals out there that suffer so needlessly. But it lifts my spirits that there are people out there helping those animals. I'm glad Clyde had a happy home at the end of his life.
