Children's Cancer Research Fund

Children’s Cancer Research Fund is committed to finding a cure.

In partnership with the University of Minnesota Masonic Cancer Center and Amplatz Children’s Hospital, we support innovative research into the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and cure of childhood cancer, as well as provide quality-of-life programs to patients and their families.

In the last year, donor support has helped our researchers launch:

• A groundbreaking brain tumor vaccine protocol

• A new chemotherapy strategy using a child's own immune system to treat leukemia

• A trial to use adult stem cells to treat genetic diseases like epidermolysis bullosa

Our impact reaches beyond Minnesota in pursuit of a cure. We support one of the largest fellowship programs for promising young cancer doctors who go on to work across the U.S. and the world. Our researchers also collaborate with other institutions to share results and partner on clinical trials.

While cure rates continue to improve, cancer is still the leading cause of death due to illness in children. Your support ensures that our researchers can continue making life-saving advances.
