A project of THE SOUND OF HOPE
For children in poverty, EDUCATION = HOPE. That's why we need your help to plant a school for 35 children in the Chauma Slum.
Without an education, the children of Chauma Slum are destined to live out the same lives their parents live. They will spend their days as illiterate trashpickers - living in trash heaps, eating trash, and wearing trash. Even if they survive their childhood in these dangerous and unsanitary conditions, they won't have any hope of breaking this cycle of poverty - UNLESS WE DO SOMETHING.
For these forgotten children, EDUCATION = HOPE. That's why we need your help to plant a school for 35 of these little boys and girls. Just $35 will help 1 child get a basic education for 1 year.
So please, help us plant HOPE in a trash heap. You never know the possibilities that could grow out of this garbage!
