The goal of this campaign starting Febraury 25, 2012 will go on until September 25, 2012 or until the need is fully funded. The need to fully fund a Fluorescence Microplate Reader priced at $25,000. We stronlgy urge you to take action in the chase after a cure for childhood cancer.

Dr. Kraveka’s research laboratory, housed in the Darby Children's Research Institute, is the only laboratory in the state of South Carolina dedicated to translational pediatric cancer research. Translational research transforms scientific discoveries arising from laboratory, clinical, or population studies into clinical applications to reduce cancer incidence, morbidity, and mortality. Dr. Kraveka’s laboratory focuses on studying Neuroblastoma and developing novel treatments for this deadly disease.
