G-ROW BOSTON (Girls-Row Boston) was established in 1998 as the first rowing program in the country designed for urban girls. Today, G-ROW offers after school rowing and academic support to 200 girls in the Boston Public Schools. Since the program’s inception nearly 100% of participants have gone on to college.
