Charlice's fundraiser for Shoulder to Shoulder

Last summer I had the privilege and honor of making a trip to Honduras with Jeff to participate with Shoulder to Shoulder, Inc. They are helping the people in the Intibuca area of Honduras in so many very needed ways. It takes extreme perseverance and vision to initiate and continue any of their work due to the extreme poverty, lack of infrastructure, lack of government assistance, and many cultural and political issues. The Honduran people there are so deserving of help and as Jeff says, "they do not have an advocate". Working with the Shoulder to Shoulder volunteers and staff, I was in the midst of people with the most “can do” attitudes I have ever seen. I decided the best way I could help them was to create this website and to ask for donations from any of my friends who might agree with their purpose philosophically and might be able to contribute any amount to this very worthy and genuine mission.
