At Centropa, we use new technologies to create a digital bridge back to a world destroyed.

Centropa was founded a decade ago with two goals in mind: to use new technologies to preserve Jewish memory, and to disseminate our findings to the largest possible audience.

More than a dozen archives and museums around the world have licensed the 22,000 old photographs we've collected, and our educational programs are being used in 200 schools in sixteen countries. Now you can choose specific Centropa programs and projects to help us see to completion.

Thank you to all of our donors! We appreciate your support as we continue to tell the stories that need to be told about 20th century Jewish life in Central and Eastern Europe, the former Soviet Union, and the Sephardic Communities of the Balkans, Greece and Turkey.
