Centro Guadalupano's Youth Programming

Beginning in late 2007, Centro began offering a multifaceted Out of School Time Enrichment program for local Latino youth. Working with the entire family, this program combines bilingual education in academics, arts, and culture with parental support in understanding and navigating the American school system. The result in a unique initiative focused on increasing self-esteem and reversing troubling local trends in Latino academic performance.
