Jon had a vision of opening a bike shop.

James makes amazing tamales.
Brad and Kristin wanted to relocate their consulting business here.

Catalyst cares about all of these people and rallied around them so they could enact their dreams. Working together, the Catalyst team provides business development classes, fills vacant retail and office space with viable tenants, and rehabs buildings. This holistic approach builds stability within North Minneapolis. As we revitalize buildings on West Broadway, we're creating jobs and hope for a brighter future for a long-neglected area.
