Capital Campaign
A project of PEOPLE REACHING OUT TO OTHER PEOPLE INC PROP
During the first quarter of 2009, the Board of Directors made a formal decision to launch a capital campaign, the first such campaign in PROP's forty-year history, to pay for a new facility that provides appropriate space to serve clients more effectively.
Key benefits of the new facility include:
* Private space to meet with program recipients which offers meaningful support, resources and planning to meet self-sufficiency goals
* A welcoming and safe space for clients and their children to wait for appointments and for food orders to be filled
* space to house our human services delivery partners on a regular basis, e.g. Hennepin and Carver Social Workers, health workers, foreign language interpreters, credit advisors, FamilLink, etc.
* Adequate space to stage special programs such as back-to-school and holiday programs
