Bright Ofori was born on May 22, 1988, in Suhum, in the Eastern Region of Ghana. He is a sophomore at the University of Ghana pursuing a degree in Economics. Bright is dedicated to meeting the needs of his people and has already contributed to his community by helping young children with their homework. He dreams of finding a sustainable job that will help him take care of his family and the needy. He says that for him helping others is second nature. To visit Bright's blog go to: http://brightallnations.blogspot.com Bright needs 10 sponsors to cover his expenses for the 2009-2010 academic year. Each sponsor invests $25/month for one year. To become a sponsor you may email Bright's advocate, Jess, a rising sophomore at Gordon college: jjenks@allnationseducation.org. You may also donate to Bright's scholarship on this webpage. All Nations Education is completely volunteer run by college students and recent graduates. Of your $25, $5 goes to creating new scholarships, supporting our college groups in their fundraising efforts, and covering basic administration expenses such as our email server. $20 goes directly to the scholar to cover tuition and basic living expenses. Once Bright's scholarship is funded, any additional money will be used to fund other scholarships. Please don't hesitate to email Jess with any questions or concerns.
