Raising funds to support the school community in Newtown CT in response to the recent tragedy that occurred on December 14th.
I am a mother of two young children ages 3 and 6. I am an elementary school guidance counselor. I am a runner having the extreme priviledge to run the Boston Marathon on April 15th- 26.2 miles. Combining these three passions of mine, I am set out to dedicate every mile of the marathon to the 26 lives that were lost at Sandy Hook elementary school on December 14th. For each mile I run, I will honor another courageous child or teacher who lost their life that day. Please consider donating for this cause. The money raised will go towards rebuilding the school community and supporting famillies, teachers/staff, and neighbors of Sandy Hook elementary school.
I would like to thank the following companies for donating products or gift cards to be entered into the raffle:
Team Pro Compression (www.procompression.com) for donating two pairs of their compression socks to support me in my fundraising.
Las Olas Taqueria has donated gift cards
The Green Bean, (Exeter) has donated a $25.00 gift card
"Not Your Average Joe's" has donated a gift card
"Loco Running" donating a logo hat and shirt
"Margaritas" Mexican restaurant is donating gift cards
Dunkin Donuts is donating gift cards
Thank you all for your support and for keeping these 26 beautiful, brave individuals in your hearts and prayers.
