I am an ordinary girl serving an extraordinary God.
Dear friends and family,
Firstly, thank you for even taking an interest in my journey and what God is doing in me. The past few years have been such an incredible growing point in my life. Each day I feel God mending and molding me into the woman He has designed me to be.
I have found a great passion for serving Him by serving others. My desire is to be the hands and feet of Christ and to express His love through my actions. This is why I feel so incredibly blessed that I have been chosen to accompany an amazing team to Damoh, India on a missions trip through Christ Church of the Valley. The 2012 India team will be traveling to Damoh to work with Central India Christian Mission for 2 weeks. Our team will be participating in leadership development, discipleship training, a medical camp at the nursing school, a sports camp and VBS for children. I can't even express how excited I am to work along side these amazing men and women of God and to completely immerse myself into this beautiful culture.
Your support in my journey to India is something I would greatly appreciate. Putting aside the cost of the trip, what my team and I need most is prayer and encouragement. Pray for God to prepare all of our hearts for what is to come, for we all know how challenging this experience will be. If God has put on your heart the desire to support us financially you have many options to do so. We will be organizing many fundraisers such as car washes, dinners, ect. which can be found on my facebook page and the fan page of CCV Global Outreach Team : India. You also have the opportunity to donate here on Razoo! Whether it is $10 or $100, anything will help in reaching my goal of $3400. Again, thank you so very much for taking the time to read my story and for your support. If you have any questions about this trip or anything for that matter, feel free to e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org or message me on facebook.
