An organization for artists, volunteers and the MN Community

I joined the Altered Esthetics board in 2010 as their Volunteer/Intern Coordinator. For me it was an easy decision to partner with a non-profit organization like Ae that focuses not only on serving the community, but provides an outlet for many emerging artists.

Ae has hosted over 50 shows these past 6 years and has featured work by over 1,000 artists. The gallery runs on a minimal budget, thanks in part to its working board members and interns who are unpaid and volunteer their time and efforts out of passion and love for the Minnesota arts community.
