America SCORES is a high-quality, team-based program providing at-risk youth with the arts, athletics, and academics that will engage, enrich, and improve their lives. America SCORES builds teams through afterschool programs for over 8,000 low-income youth in 150 schools in 14 cities nationwide by instilling self-expression, physical fitness, and a sense of community. America SCORES accomplishes this in an innovative model combining poetry and spoken word, soccer, and service-learning year-round. Our mission is to inspire urban youth to lead healthy lives, be engaged students, and have the confidence and character to make a difference in the world. America SCORES is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization.
