NRCM raises money every year to fight global warming by inviting people to do a run on New Year's Eve day, followed by an ocean dip!
It is frightening to see what global warming is doing to coral, to fish stocks, to wildlife habitats and to the wildlife. And we were shocked to year yesterday that a ship can now pass through the Artic Circle going from Japan to Russia! The ice is out! To say nothing of what global warming is doing to winters in Maine and New Hampshire! We moved here to go snow shoeing and cross country skiing and global warmng is taking away our snow!
