Almost 6,000 homeless youth live in San Francisco. Among other things, they are dealing with poverty, substance abuse, hunger, and violence. Similarly, the rates of youth suicide in Israel have risen 65% over the past 10 years.
This issue can no longer be pushed aside.
As a member of the MSFJTF, we have come to consensus on funding organizations that provide at risk youth in the Bay Area and Israel with tools to sustain themselvs. We are fundrasing, researching, and working together to review and select the best organizations that prommote self-sufficiency and embody important Jewish values. Our goal is to raise $54,000.
I am contributing $100 to this important and relevant cause. Join me in giving at-risk youth tools to improve their lives. No donation is too small. Thank you so much.
