Advance Opportunities has been providing quality vocational training, community integration, and employment opportunities for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities since 1963.

Our employees with disabilities take great pride in their work and support over 15 local businesses in the community. Our employees also perform a number of contracted & service related employment opportunities at Advance Opportunities. Some of our jobs include document shredding, document imaging, cleaning services, jewelry production, a full service valet car wash, assembly and much more!

Advance Opportunities also owns and operates a social enterprise retail venture called Wear It's At. Wear It's At buys, sells & accepts donations of gently used clothing and light home interiors. Our employees with disabilities provide the critical employment support necessary to run the business including clothes sorting, affixing price tags & operating the cash register.
