Dear Friends,

On Monday, April 15th I will be running the Boston Marathon for the very first time. I am running it as part of the Michael Carter Lisnow Respite Center team. After studying the various charities I could run for, I chose this one because I feel I can really make a difference for this cause. Unlike other worthy charities, where millions upon millions of dollars are raised through various means, The Respite Center’s main funding for the year is derived from the Boston Marathon charity program. The money I raise will have a direct impact on improving the lives of children with disabilities and their families.
