Angel Haven Ranch & Rescue is in dire need of funding in order to keep our doors open so we can continue to save the animals and re-home them. Right now with the economy being so rough we are really taking the blunt of it. We work on donations only and without you we can not continue so we will be forced to send our rescues to animal control because there is no room in any of the other rescues for them and we don't have the funding to give them everything they need in order to get them well enough to adopt out. We need to stop the senseless dumping and killing of animals in the Antelope Valley desert. In one month alone we found the dead bodies of 4 horses and got calls on 2 live starving ones that were turned loose to fend for themselves and running towards the highway. THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME. More than anyone wants to believe. Granted we know the economy is very bad right now but please give us a chance to help place the horses before taking a perfectly good young horse out and murdering it or slaughtering them. PLEASE! We need help to be able to keep feeding and caring for them and their medical needs till we can place them in homes that want them. Most of our adoptions after rehab, go to kids who dream of having horses and families that want to fulfill their dreams. If we can not place them we use them to work with underprivileged, inner city kids and in school programs. PLEASE HELP. ONLY You can us and help change the lives of so many..
