A project of Parker Hill Community Church
Feb. 22-23, MS & HS students will do a 30 hour juice fast, raising $ and awareness for Restavek kids and participating in service projects.
A mob of middle and high school students, coming together in the month of February to raise awareness about child slavery taking place in Haiti. On February 22-23, those students will participate in a 30 hour juice fast, going without food while spreading into the community to participate in service projects and random acts of kindness. Partnering with the Restavek Freedom Foundation, our goal of $10,800 will give 30 children freedom from slavery, the chance of an education and the hope of a better future. It provides them with tuition, books and a school uniform, as well as an advocate who will look out for and support them.
