Bonnie Brabson is walking the 3-Day Race for the Cure Fundraiser

I had decided to participate in the 3 day race for the cure when my sister Sheila was diagnosed with breast cancer 3 days before her 48th birthday. I felt this would be something I could do in support of my sister and the fight she was about to start. Little did we know the cancer was spreading like wild fire throughout her body and within a matter of weeks, it consumed her. Sheila passed away on January 24th, 2011, just six weeks after her initial diagnosis. Our family never got used to the diagnosis and before we knew it she was gone. Now I am asking friends, family, and colleagues to donate $10.00 or more to help fight this horrible disease. Everyone deserves a lifetime of memories.
